No one is the same!
We offer several programs and design a course based on your needs.
Let us design something for you!
Counseling
Be Finally Free offers counseling to men, women, youth, and children. Life transitions are difficult. Individual or family counseling helps support, care and encourage the challenges people face. Be Finally Free wants to help with the transition and meet the individual needs of the people we support.
Life Skills Education
The heart of Be Finally Free is education. Be Finally Free provides educational services to support families impacted by crime, incarceration, and poverty. Most families struggle with addiction, healthy relationships, domestic violence, poor parenting skills, anger, uncontrolled emotions, and other issues that impact the quality of their life.
Our experience has shown if we connect to others through relationships and personal testimony they are more likely to deal with the anger, shame, and pain of their past. Then they can begin to seek a healthy life by eliminating addiction, stopping crime, eliminating abusive relationships, and dealing with the fundamental change that needs to occur.
Life Skills education helps address these needs. We work with those in our community through the IMPACT Center (Be Finally Free office), jails/prisons, CityServe’s educational collaborative, and the Mission of Kern County. Life Skills education includes domestic violence, anger management, parenting, stress management, conflict resolution, and other key life skills.
Life Skills classes are interactive allowing each student to uncover their challenges and then begin to resolve these issues through personal and restorative change. Contact the office to find out about the current life skills courses running at the IMPACT Center (Be Finally Free office).
